Karen is a physical therapist with 18 years of clinical experience in orthopedics. She has a background in athletic training and has worked with numerous orthopedic surgeons to develop post-operative physical therapy protocols for the knee. Karen focuses on getting to know her patients so that she can help them return to the activities that are important to them. She believes that patient education is an integral part of physical therapy and spends time with her patients to establish home programs that will help them achieve their goals.
Yvonne Hoffman, Office Manager and Billing Specialist
Yvonne has over 22 years in clinical office management and operations. She has been a member of the Excellence in Physical Therapy team for 8 years. Yvonne has developed a friendly atmosphere and a great rapport with the staff and patients. She is experienced with the ever changing and challenging medical industry including all the changing with billing, while coordinating patient scheduling, processing the insurance billing and maintaining patient bases.
Martha Hahn, Part-time Office Assistant
Martha is a part-time office assistant working on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays when needed. She has a pleasant personality and a strong work ethic. She assists patients with scheduling, collecting co-payments and assisting therapists when necessary with hot/cold packs and other various office duties. She has also received a certificate in Becoming a Physical Therapy Aide and Medical Terminology.
